ABOUT ME

I am a retired lawyer, professor and teacher, as well as the founder and executive director of a small nonprofit that works in Ethiopia. My husband and I live outside of Washington, DC and also love to spend time at the Delaware shore where I am currently working on my second novel.

Like many of us of a certain age, during the pandemic I found myself with time on my hands. Shut in our bubble at home, unlike so many others my husband and I were lucky enough to avoid serious Covid. I joined a wonderful writing group and down the rabbit hole I went. After two long winters spent living in the fictional small town of Poplar Point with my new imaginary best friends, Alice and Helen, a novel was born. I hope you have as much fun reading Joint Venture as I had writing it!
